  10.   With this option, you can check the passwords of your Users. If one
  11.   or more of the following clauses is for a User true, JLUTIL sends
  12.   him a message specified in JL.CNF (read GENERAL.HLP for more infor-
  13.   mations):
  14.  
  15.       ■ the Password is too short (PasswordLength < PL= in JL.CNF),
  16.       ■ the Password is a part of his UserName,
  17.       ■ the Password is 'GUEST, 'GAST' or 'TEST'.

  19.   If JLUTIL has checked the passwords of all Users and if JLUTIL has
  20.   detected one or more 'bad' Passwords, it will write a report to the
  21.   Sysop. The Name of this message is specified in JL.CNF too.
